A product I want is not on your website?
For individuals interested in products you have seen at conventions, instagram, tiktok or other places, please write a mail or write to us on Instagram and we will work something out! We still sell those products, we are just busy focusing on other projects!
I haven't received tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are typically sent via email once your order is processed and shipped. If you haven’t received yours:
- Check your email's spam or promotions folder.
- Ensure the email or phone number on your order is correct.
- If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number at [info@isekai.dk].
How long does order processing take?
Processing times are usually 2–5 business days, but they can sometimes be delayed due to:
- High demand during promotions or events
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Unforeseen issues in our production
How can I return an item?
Go to Terms And Conditions and look under "Refund Policy". Remember that only unopened items can be returned.
